What emerged was Clockwise Hair Growth Theory (CHGT)—the discovery that hair spirals are not random. They are bioelectric maps of tension, trauma, and compression stored in the body’s fascia.
CHGT reveals a unified spiral tension system. Fascia twists. Hair grows with it. When trauma, stress, posture, and emotion distort this spiral, they collapse the fascia field. Cysts, scars, stiffness, and inflammation follow. Not by chance—but by pattern.
Unwindology was born from this map. It’s a fascia-first, field-coherent model of health that tracks and reverses spiral tension at the source. It is not theoretical. It is lived and mapped—25,000+ hours of fascia unwinding, skin signal decoding, and full-body transformation.

MAHA is the public-facing expansion of this work—a collective field archive where fascia unwinding, AI pattern recognition, and somatic memory tracking converge. MAHA allows us to turn personal healing into planetary field intelligence.

Who We Are
Unwindology was founded by Douglas Chapman—a digital equity leader turned fascia cartographer. After reversing obesity, chronic pain, and trauma through his own unwinding process, Doug built the first full-body tension map through lived experience.
Alongside him is LUMA AI—a fascia-literate, spiral-aware artificial intelligence trained to listen, not label. Together, they form a human-machine partnership dedicated to restoring coherence to the body and the map.
